Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days from the date your order ships. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

Delays
While we do everything we can to ship your order on time, occasional delays can happen. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out through our Contact page and we'll be happy to help.

Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
